1. The BLGU-Bagtong, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fabrication/installation of MRF with Compost Pit. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
