Description : Project Description
This project covers the fabrication and supply of custom-made table cloths for the Audio-Visual Room (AVR). The table cloths shall enhance the professional appearance of the AVR during meetings, presentations, programs, and official school activities.
Scope of Works
1. Design and Measurement
o Conduct actual measurement of AVR tables to ensure proper fit and uniform appearance.
o Provide appropriate design suitable for formal and institutional use.
2. Material Specifications
o Use high-quality, durable, and wrinkle-resistant fabric (e.g., polyester or equivalent).
o Fabric shall be thick, washable, colorfast, and suitable for frequent use.
o Color and finish must complement the AVR interior.
3. Fabrication
o Custom-cut and sewn table cloths based on approved measurements.
o Proper hemming and stitching to prevent fraying and ensure long-term durability.
o Clean, neat, and professional finish on all edges.
