This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being issued for the Firm Fixed Priced procurement of materials and labor required for the off-site fabrication of twenty-three (23) finished launch tubes for Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), NAS North Island, P.O. Box 357058, San Diego, CA 92135-7058.
Pursuant to FAR 12.602 contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. Offeror-s submissions will be evaluated on a lowest-price, technically acceptable basis, considering the following factors: Technical and Price.
