The Local Government Unit - Lope De Vega, Northern Samar, through the LGU - Fund intends to apply the sum of Php124, 872.39 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the FABRICATION & INSTALLATION OF EARLY WARNING SIGN, LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The LGU - LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR now invites sealed bids for the FABRICATION & INSTALLATION OF EARLY WARNING SIGN, LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR. Completion of the Works is required within 45 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
