FABRICATION OF CUSTOMIZED BAGS
1. The Commission on Filipinos Overseas invites PhilGEPS registered supplier to apply for the eligibility and to quote the lowest price for the Fabrication of Customized Bags use for the 15th PSO Conference (as described in the Scope of Work [Annex -œA-] with the approved budget for the contract (ABC) of Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 30, 000.00). Price validity shall be for a period not less than forty-five (45) days from quotation.
2. The summary of bidding activities as follows:

Winning Bidders shall provide the 100 pieces Fabrication of Customized Bags use for the 15th PSO Conference.
Fabrication of the customized Bags made of Hard Plastic.
1. Regular Bayong Bags w/out accessories
Specification:
iƒ˜ Made of hard plastic, double weave with size: 16- width and 12- heights and combination of long and short handle.
2. Envelope for Male Speakers
Specification:
iƒ˜ Made of hard plastic, with size: 11- heights x 13-1/2- width
3. Bayong Bags for Speakers
Specification:
iƒ˜ Made of hard plastic, double weave with size: 18- width and 12- heights and 10- long with accessories attached (Mother of pearl or Other materials available at the time of order request, with tassel made of 70% polyester and 20% cotton and 10% silk.
