REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to participate in a “Small Value Procurement” (Section 53.9 of RA 9184 and its RIRR) for the “Fabrication of Collaterals for ACD and IDD” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of SEVEN THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP730, 000.00).

Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit*, PhilGEPS Registration Number*, and notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS), addressed to Dr. Melvin B. Carlos through the BAC Secretariat shall be on or before April 1, 2024 at the physical address or through the email address below.

Services should commence as scheduled after acceptance of the Contract. The project shall be awarded as separate contracts per item.
