The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [MOOE of 5% LDRRM Fund of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) with AIP Ref Code 1000-000-3-1-01-012-012 in the approved 2025 General Fund Annual Budget appropriated for the Fabrication and Installation of Tetrapods for Strom Surge Defense] intends to apply the sum of [One Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php 184, 400.00)] being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC)to payments under the contract for the [Fabrication and Installation of Tetrapods for Storm Surge Defense]. Bids and received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
