Description : Please quote your lowest price on the item(s) listed, subject to the Terms and Conditions stated below and submit your quotations duly signed by your representative not later than 9:00AM of JANUARY 12, 2026 in a sealed envelope to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Limay Municipal Hall, Limay, Bataan or send via email, limaybac.2022@gmail.com, and will be opened on the same day at 10:00AM.
Terms and Condition:
1. All entries must be type written or legibly written.
2. Delivery period within 30CD upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed. Administrative penalties pursuant to Sec. 99 of the IRR of RA 12009 shall be imposed for non-delivery without valid reason.
3. PhilGeps Registration, Certificate/Mayor-s Permit/DTI Registration, Omnibus Sworn Statement, Tax Clearance/ITR, and PCAB shall be attached upon submission of the quotation.
4. The BAC will conduct the Procurement Process in accordance to the IRR of RA 12009.
5. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be rejected at the opening.
