Description : 1) The Intramuros Administration, through the NGA General Fund intends to apply the
sum of Three Million Two Hundred Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty Pesos and 22/100 (₱3, 217, 330.22) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fabrication and Installation of
Intramuros Trash Bins. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2) The Intramuros Administration now invites bids for Fabrication and Installation of
Trash Bins (total of ninety (90) sets of triple-compartment trash bins, consisting of
three (3) individual trash bins connected together as one unit) using the Competitive
Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required ninety (90) calendar days from issuance of
Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from
the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
