Rita, through 2026 LGU funds intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Ph980, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF FUEL TANK @ Brgy. Santan, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
