IB No. 2026-04-05-GOODS
1. The Municipal Government of Calumpit, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (P 599, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the FABRICATION AND DELIVERY OF TENT (Project ID No. 2026-04-05-GOODS). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Calumpit now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within the period of April 13, 2022 to April 12, 2026 a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
