Notes : Small Business Set-Aside Award Priority.The Agency shall be notified when the items are ready for shipment so that VDOT can have sufficient time to schedule personnel to be available to allow access to the delivery site and verify items received. Notification shall be made to Darin Apple at (703) 366-2083. Hours of delivery are Monday through Friday 6 : 00 A.M. to 4 : 00 P.M. excluding any state or federal holiday.A Pre-bid Conference will not be held for this solicitation.
