Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from 21 September 2026 to 23 September 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT. As well as upload an updated PWS (Attachment 1 - PWS Offutt AFB Dormitory Internet Service Ver 2 - 09.18.26), upload the Q&A document (Attachment 5 - Technical Questions - 9.18.26), and the site visit sign in sheet (Attachment 6 - Site Visit Sign In Sheet - 9.18.26).
Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from 16 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT as well as upload an updated combined solicitation to reflect the extension (Combined Presolicitation-Solicitation - FA460026Q0118 Ver 2 - 9.14.26).
Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to post the floor plans for the dorms (Attachment 4 - Dorm Floor Plans - 8.31.26).
Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to post a new EAL (Attachment 3 - EAL - 8.25.26) that includes the location of the site visit. The location is Building 369 Cobb Hall.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Offutt AFB Dormitory Internet Service. Activation of all UH rooms with internet broadband internet service with speeds meeting or exceeding 500 Mbps Download and 25 Mbps upload. Services include activation and installation of any equipment needed for internet service. The Contractor shall accomplish activation of services by the agreed upon start date.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Offerors shall be required to return the attached solicitation, signed, and filled in
appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by RFO
52.212-2 Evaluation— Commercial Items Addendum and any additional fill-in provisions.
