Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is provide answers to vendor posed questions, and provide a building floor plan and square footage of the area needing carpet replaced. This is accomplished through the added attachments titled "Chapel Carpet Questions and Answers" and "Chapel Carpet FP".
Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to push the solicitation close date from 09 September to 11 September in anticipation of providing more information from the customer.
In accordance with (IAW) RFO 12.202: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov - Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through the RFO as applicable.
Quotes are due to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist listed in the attached RFQ by 12:30PM MDT, 11 September 2026.
