The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a need for the manufacture and delivery one (1) heave compensated winch system, (including appropriate cable for operations) with the same specs as that is currently in use in the Pacific Region (for monitoring and research of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) and marine refuges with drop camera instrumentation). All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2024. There are no security requirements associated with this solicitation of offers.
