Based on these Responses, Vancouver Coastal Health (“Authority”) intends to select, in accordance with the terms of this RFPQ, a short-list of Respondents will be invited to participate in the next stage of the Construction Tender process. This RFPQ is not a tender, an offer, or a request for proposals, and there is no intention by the Authority to make an offer by issuing this RFPQ.
