The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project. More information about the Project and the Services is set out in Appendix ‘A-. Pre-qualified Architectural and Engineering Consultants: Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for acute care Projects with a value greater than $5M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for such Projects. Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority-s pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): mechanical; electrical; structural; The pre-qualification lists for architects and engineers may be viewed at the Fraser Health website: https://www.fraserhealth.ca/about-us/business-opportunities/ Site Visit(s) - Mandatory: The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals.
