1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a mobile dispenser for distributing radiopharmaceuticals for the Provincial Multisposers' Oncology and Traumatology Center M. Copernicus in Łodź.
2. The subject scope has been described in detail to this SWZ "List of technical parameters, warranty conditions as well as service and training" - Annex 2 and the contract template - Annex 7.
3. Description of the subject of the contract should be read along with any changes to the content of the document, which, for example, the result of answers to the queries of the contractors.
4.
