The subject of the order is the delivery of a tomograph Computer along with the execution of accompanying construction and installation works in the rooms of the Operating Theater at the Brachytherapy and General Oncology Department of the Provincial Multidisciplinary Center for Oncology and Traumatology. M. Copernicus University in Łódź, will be implemented in the design and build system. The entire investment should be carried out in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program (Annex No. 2A to the SWZ) and the List of technical parameters, warranty and training conditions, constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 2. The subject scope is described in detail in the attachment to this SWZ "Functional and Utility Program" (Appendix No. 2A), "List of technical parameters, warranty conditions and training" - Appendix No. 2 and the contract template - Appendix No. 7. 3. The delivery in question is financed by: a) from the funds of the Project development plan entitled "Development of Oncological Competence Centers based on innovative diagnostic and therapeutic techniques" implemented under the National Reconstruction Plan and Increasing Resilience: Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1., Agreement No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0081/24/KPO/56/2025/152. b) from subsidies from the budget of the Łódź Voivodeship EZ.272.245.2025 Device modernization - Computed tomography for Brachytherapy together with the execution of accompanying construction and installation works in the rooms of the Operating Theater at the Brachytherapy Department...
