This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals to obtain consulting services to support the development of an extreme weather (extreme heat, extreme cold and air quality) emergency response plan which supplements the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit all-hazard emergency response plan, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
