External meeting and accommodation facilities The assignment includes the following activities: The complete process of searching, booking, paying, reporting and invoicing external meetings and stays within the Netherlands; The monthly payment in arrears to the contracting party invoicing the bookings service using one collective invoice per team code (department number) including specification; The periodic provision of management information; Advising and implementing (new) working methods regarding hotel bookings meeting accommodations; The purchase of (the organization of) events, fairs and conferences (generally meetings for more than 50 people): when purchasing external meeting and accommodation facilities, the location is central, while with events often also play an important role for marketing, organization and communication.
