Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the implementation of moisture-proof insulation and thermal insulation of the foundation walls of the school building and the connecting building, located on the premises of the Szkolno Complex. Kindergarten named after Powstańców Wielkopolskich in Wickowice at ul. Gromadzka 7. Lump-sum settlement.2. The scope of works includes: a) securing the work area and organizing facilities, b) demolition works in the foundation zone, c) spatial excavations at foundation walls, d) cleaning and preparation of the base, e) chipping and removing damaged plasters and loose layers, f) priming the base, g) making moisture-proof insulation of the foundation walls, h) making seals in the contact zone of the walls and foundations, i) thermal insulation made of XPS boards, j) installation of protective and protective layers, k) backfilling of excavations with appropriate compaction, l) performance of reconstruction works, including swirl strips, paving stones, reconstruction of stairs, elements concrete, replenishing plasters and painting facades in the places covered by the works.3.
