Tenders are invited for “Women and Youth Transforming Local Public Services in Hebron” Project

Scope of Work:

The consultancy agency will undertake the following tasks:

Review project documents including the project proposal, logical framework, reports, and any relevant documentation, including that related to changes communicated to and approved by the donor, with attention to any force majeure clauses or occurrences.

Conduct interviews and focus group discussions with key project stakeholders including project targeted beneficiaries, project partners and other stakeholders.

Assess the extent to which project results, objectives, and indicators have been achieved, based on data collected during the project implementation period.

Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of project activities in achieving the desired outcomes with attention to any force majeure clauses or occurrences.

Assess the achievement of project results, objectives, and indicators, considering the impact of force majeure events on implementation.

Evaluate the sustainability of project outcomes and impacts beyond the project period.

Identify key challenges, risks, and constraints encountered during project implementation and the way these have been addressed by the project consortium.

Identify lessons learned and best practices that can be replicated or scaled up in future projects.

Provide actionable recommendations for the implementing partners, donors, and other stakeholders to enhance the impact and sustainability of similar projects in the future.
