Tenders are invited for External Evaluation of the COOPAEM Project.

An international solidarity association created in 1998, BATIK International ( www.batik-international.org ) is leading projects to develop the power to choose and act on vulnerable people and communities, so that they become agents of change, capable of to reveal their talent and build a better future. Thus, they aim to meet their needs in the areas of socio-economic integration and access to economic and social rights.

Within the framework of the COOPAEM project (Cooperatives supporting Mediterranean entrepreneurs), supported by the French Development Agency, BATIK International is looking for a consultant or consultants for the external evaluation of the project ( see TDR attachment).

The main objective of this evaluation will focus on the contribution of the partnership relationship and the activities led by BATIK International towards its partners to sustain the support mechanisms for socio-economic integration, supported by the associations as a whole. organizations for social change . The conclusions of the evaluation should enrich the reflection on BATIK Int's support renewal strategies. and the partnership arrangements to be implemented in a next phase in order to operationalize the empowerment of partners and facilitate this transition.
