These General Administrative Bases regulate the administrative, financial, economic and legal aspects involved in the hiring of the service called: "External collection service, municipality of Vina del Mar", in national currency, to any natural and/or legal person, According to the conditions established below, with the purpose of ensuring the correct financial collection of the income that corresponds to the Municipality of Vina del Mar and in order to achieve the maximum of effectiveness in the recovery of the credits owed, Particularly for taxes and municipal rights, it has been arranged to tender the external collection service, without prejudice to the collection of any other credit that the municipality possesses and resolves to outsource. It will be an integral part of the service, the identification and collection of the municipal taxes and rights. For this purpose, the Municipality may commission to the offeror the trade identification service that the activity exercises without the corresponding patent or permission, and/or the collection of these.
