BackgroundILO will work with a range of external stakeholders who may be selected to support the implementation of Ship to Shore Rights South East Asia. These are tripartite constituents of the ILO, as well as civil society organizations, service providers, non-profits and other relevant stakeholders.Implementing partners are selected based on their technical area of expertise and capacity to support the ILO to achieve the objectives of the programme.As part of the inception phase of the programme from January to June 2025, the programme will develop a Stakeholder Institutional Capacity BuildingStrategy to ensure that potential and selected implementing partners are supported to develop sustainable institutional capacity in a range of areas to enhance the collaboration with the ILO. Areas considered for institutional capacity building include: financial and technical reporting; compliancewith ILO and donor rules and regulations; communications and story-telling for impact; monitoring and evaluation; and others that may be identified.Assignment objectives, scope and audienceThe consultant will lead the development of the Stakeholder Institutional Capacity Building Strategy and draftcurriculum to support the sustainable development of institutional capacity among the programme's partners in all countries of action.
