Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: A mapping of actors in the banana sector Costa Rica, through a regulatory and field diagnosis, in accordance with Conventions 87 and 98 of the ILO. To do this, national legislation and international labor standards will be analyzed, identifying the current forms of labor representation and the challenges in labor relations. Likewise, formulate strategic advocacy recommendations for labor actors linked to the instances and spaces in which the living wage is framed in the Caribbean Region.
