Dear Bidder: The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person or team to carry out work as an external collaborator. The external collaboration aims to map management frameworks and develop technical guidelines to strengthen the institutional capacities regarding psychosocial risks and mental health at work, within the framework of the technical cooperation project "A safe and healthy world of work for all people in Panama", financed by the Government of Canada. Work includes the compilation and comparative analysis of regulatory frameworks and good practices in Panama and Latin America, the review of tools used by the National Directorate of Occupational Health and Safety (DNSSO) of the Social Security Fund, the development of technical recommendations adapted to the institutional context, and the design and facilitation of validation and capacity-building workshops aimed at the specialized team of occupational psychologists of the DNSSO.
