The University of the Philippines Manila (UPM), through the UPM Funds, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Two Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Six Pesos and Eighty-Two Centavos (Php12, 294, 906.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Exterior Repainting of UP Manila Building Phase 1, University of the Philippines Manila. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The University of the Philippines Manila now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of works required is within Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days reckoned from the date of acceptance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
