The board of education of school district no 43 (coquitlam), hereinafter referred to as the "board", invites tenders for the exterior painting of three sites: hampton park elementary school, pleasantside elementary school and terry fox secondary school.a mandatory site visit is required for contractors intending to bid; it will be conducted promptly at 10:00 am, monday may 7, 2018 starting at the front entrance of pleasantside elementary school.tenders must be received no later than monday may 21, 2018 at 15:00 hours local time, in accordance with the clock on the wall in the reception area of the board s office at the address indicated above.each tender response must be accompanied by a duly executed bid bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total contract price. Successful contractors will be required to submit a performance and labour and material bond, each in the amount of 50% of the contract price.
