Background & Scope: Defense Contracting Services Office (DSCO-R3) is seeking information from potential sources capable of providing comprehensive exterior and interior carpentry operations support services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations at the Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC) in Fort Belvoir, VA. The HQC utilizes highly visible, industrial-level facilities requiring continuous functionality, aesthetic appeal, and stringent safety compliance. The Government is seeking contractors capable of providing firm-fixed-price routine maintenance as well as ad-hoc, alteration, and emergency repair services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract framework.
