Tender Details

The subject of the investment is the expansion of the village community center in Stara Sawogra along with the construction of the necessary technical infrastructure. The scope of the project includes demolition and preparatory works, earthworks, construction of foundations, floors and walls. structural and partition structures as well as the construction of the roof structure with covering. The investment will also include facade works, installation of windows and doors, comprehensive finishing works inside the building, construction of external stairs and construction of water supply, sewage and electrical installations. The scope of the task also includes the installation of sanitary equipment and the construction of a tight sewage tank with connections. The investment is aimed at increasing the usable area and improving functionality of the village community center, which will contribute to raising the standard of the facility and improving the conditions for organizing social, cultural and integration activities of the inhabitants of Stara Sawogra.
