Extension of the SOAR software subscription service for a period of 36 months 1. The subject of the order is to provide the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") by the Contractor with the right to use The software indicated in the draft provisions of the agreement (hereinafter referred to as "PPU"), constituting Annex No. 8.1. to SWZ - on a Subscription basis: 1.1. the right to use the Software in its current version including any Software Updates under the terms specified in the ppu and the general license terms of the Software manufacturer; 1.2. possibility of using the support of the Software manufacturer under the terms specified in the ppu and the manufacturer's general license conditions Software. 2.
