1. The subject of the order is the execution of stage 2 of construction works regarding the expansion of the school workshops building, located on the premises of the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center. Jadwigi Dziubiskiej - Goldkowo no. 41G, 06-120 Winnica, plot no. 17/33. Construction works should be performed within the scope specified in the bills of quantities for STAGE 2 of the works in accordance with the available design documentation, relevant legal provisions and the contract template.2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) construction of partition walls, installation of joinery interior and suspended ceilings, 2) insulating external walls and facades, 3) installing water and sewage, central heating, domestic hot water, electrical, IT and monitoring installations in the new part of the building4) adapting the existing part of the workshop building to extended, 5) finishing works inside the building, plastering, flooring, painting and construction of bathrooms (tiles and white installation), 6) works related to landscaping: hardening the surface, laying paving stones, arranging the green area, 7) obtaining a permit for use.3.
