Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are construction works on the investment task called Extension of the sanitary sewage network from Mrzygd to Dbna.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - documentation. Rely on it the following documents: 1) technical design, 2) bill of quantities. Due to the fact that the remuneration will be in the form of a cost estimate, the bill of quantities is attached to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to prepare an offer cost estimate based on the cost estimate received from the ordering party's bill of quantities for the works, using the price base it adopted for cost estimation and after adding VAT. The offer cost estimate must be consistent with the bill of quantities and should include the basis for the valuation of the works, a description of the works consistent with the description included in bill of quantities, the measurement used in the bill of quantities and the flat-rate net unit price for each bill of quantities item. The offer cost estimate should be prepared in accordance with point 13.4 of SWZ.3. Equivalent solutions.
