The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. The services are paid by unit prices. These are construction of electronic communications networks and concerns the construction of civil engineering and the supply of the installation of optical fiber cables and theirConnections: realization of extensions of the Rennes optical fibers network and metropolitan telecom infrastructure for the service of new sites or as part of the provision of black fibers to users of the For Network (without connections of new cables on the networkexisting in service). Any intervention on the existing network will be carried out by the company holding the maintenance market of the For Network. The type of operation concerned by this market may range from the upgrading of a drawing chamber to the creation of new pipes on severalhundreds of meters including civil engineering, wiring and connections
