Extension of provincial road No. 844 from km 75+200 to km 80+260 I. The subject of the investment is the expansion of the provincial road No. 844 on the Mircze - Witków section from km 75+200 to km 80+260. The planned expansion involves the construction of a 7.00 m wide road (traffic lanes 2x3.50 m) along with 1.50 m wide dirt roadsides, together with the construction and expansion of engineering structures and the protection or expansion of external devices colliding with the road and engineering structures under construction. The road section in question is intended for extension with a total length of 5.1 km is located in the Lublin Voivodeship, Hrubieszów poviat and the communes of Mircze - on the section from km 75+200 to km 78+210 and the commune of Dołhobyczów - on the section from km 78+210 to km 80+260. II. Scope of the planned investment includes the following industry works: A. ROAD INDUSTRY B. CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY C. SANITARY INDUSTRY D. TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY E. ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY III.The design documentation is adapted to the identified needs of people with disabilities and consistent with the concept of universal design. IV. The Ordering Party envisages the orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law for a value not exceeding PLN 4, 000, 000.00 net.
