As part of the extension and renovation project for the Perrelet bus depot, this call for tenders concerns heating works. This work includes the supply, installation and commissioning of:
New primary collector-distributor in the boiler room.
Replacement of an old seco groupndary by a regulated group in the boiler room.
Installation of 2 new hydraulic substations including exchangers, manifolds-distributors, expansion systems, safety systems, fouling control systems and regulation.
Approximately 1, 400 radiant panels and 20 radiators.
Connection of 17 monobloc hydraulic batteries.
Connection of 2 DHW water heaters with regulated groups.
Installation of a heat pump water heater.
Piping, valves, regulation and hydraulic accessories on the networks described above.
The building will remain in operation throughoutthe duration of the work.
