1) The National Irrigation Administration MIMAROPA Regional Office, through the GAA CY2026 for Extension of Multi-purpose Building intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos (PHP 3, 228, 960.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract no. R4B-REGION-EMPB-4M-CY2026-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The NIA MIMAROPA Regional Office now invites bids for Extension of Multi-purpose Building located in Brgy. Bayanan II, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
