The subject of the order is the extension of the Microsoft 365 or equivalent cloud services licenses held by the Ordering Party, assigned to the Ordering Party's existing Tenant, including: 100 Business Standard licenses (continuation of the existing ones) 5 pcs. Business Basic licenses (continuation of existing ones). The extension must be implemented without loss of continuity of services. General requirements 1) The extension applies to existing subscriptions assigned to the Ordering Party's Tenant. 2) The Contractor must ensure continuity of operation, i.e. a) no any interruptions in access to services, b) maintaining the configuration of existing services and users.3) Extension may not result in: a) change of the subscription identifier, b) loss of the history of messages, files, meetings, settings, licenses or permissions.4) Contractor must ensure that subscriptions are extended in the same edition and plan, while maintaining all parameters of the existing licenses.5) The Ordering Party does not allow extension in the form of purchasing new licenses that would require reassigning users or manual registration, only extension of existing subscriptions is allowed.6) License deadline...
