1. This call for tenders is issued as a result of the General Procurement Notice that for this Project was published in Development Business, issue No. IDB-P610194-11/20 of November 27, 2020.
2. The Government of Guatemala has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank to
finance the cost of the “Program to Strengthen and Modernize the Public Ministry”, and intends to use part of the funds from this financing to make payments under the IDB Loan Contract 3849/OC-GU.
