Description : The Airport Authority (the "Authority") is planning to extend Terminal 1 (T1) North Concourse for Government VIP Lounge and HKIA Lounge which includes, among others, an addition of a single storey extension to T1 North Concourse and modification works to the existing Tenant Lift Lobby at Level 3 and the existing ramp office and Government VIP Lounge at Level 4 (the Works). The duration of this Contract is approximately 20 months.The procurement method for the Works, conditions for participation and contract award criteria for this Contract are detailed in the Tender Documents.The Authority hereby invites tenders from interested organizations with proven experience and capability to manage and construct the Works. Suitable applicants will need to demonstrate previous experience and capability in undertaking projects of similar nature and complexity in an operating environment.Applicants who wish to tender for the above Contract shall write to Mr. Richard Ho, General Manager, Contracts & Control via the Authority's email: CWDTender@hkairport.com giving the company name and address, together with the name, position, telephone number and e-mail address of the contact person.The Authority will advise applicants in writing about the detailed arrangement for collecting the Tender Documents.Tenders for this Contract shall be submitted to the Authority no later than 14:30pm on 11 February 2020 (Hong Kong time). All costs associated with any submission in response to this notice shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicant. The procurement of the Works is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organisation.
