Tender Details

The subject of the public procurement is the extension of factory support for individual parts of the data center. The public order is divided into three (3) content-rounded lots, namely: Lot 1 Hitachi Disk Array, Lot 2 Brocade SAN Switch, Lot 3 Cohesity Backup System. Required length the extension of factory support for batches 1 and 2 is until 30/11/2028 and for batch 3 until 27/02/2027, because it is no longer possible, as the system will be beyond the period when contractors can still provide support. The subject of the public procurement is also maintenance, which includes installations, upgrades, updates, security fixes and similar hardware and software in the amount of approx. 2 hours per month. Individual maintenance deadlines are specified in document 07_Technical specifications. The scope of maintenance for sets 1 and 2 is up to 60 hours, for set 3 up to 24 hours. The individual assembly is defined in more detail in document 07_Technical specifications, access to which is limited and can be obtained by potential bidders in accordance with point 4 of this tender documentation. The schedule for the start of the implementation of the contract for each individual lot is no later than 3 working days from the signing of the contract by both parties.
