The subject of the order includes the extension of Electronic Medical Records (EDM) with new required statutory documents and the delivery of a system for e-notifying patients about visits to clinics. specialist and diagnostics in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, meeting the other requirements specified in the SWZ.
