Extension of Electronic Medical Records (EDM) o new required statutory documents and delivery of a system for e-notifying patients about visits to specialist and diagnostic clinics. The subject of the order includes the extension of Electronic Medical Records (EDM) with new required documents statutory provisions and delivery of a system for e-notifying patients about visits to specialist and diagnostic clinics in accordance with the description of the subject of the order specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, meeting other requirements specified in the SWZ. In particular the subject of the order includes: - delivery and installation of the necessary perpetual licenses for application software and the necessary integration interfaces, - implementation and configuration of the provided software, - staff training in the field of operation, administration and operation, - provision of maintenance/maintenance and support services for a period of 36 months from the date of official receipt of the complete subject of the order, - delivery of the necessary licenses for the system for e-notifying patients about visits specialist and diagnostic clinics. Completion date: - expansion of the Electronic Medical Record (EDM) with new required statutory documents and delivery of a system for e-notifying patients about visits to specialist clinics and diagnostics in accordance with the description of the subject of the order specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, meeting the other requirements specified in the SWZ - up to 55 days...
