Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the project titled: "Extension of district road No. 1627C Unisław - Żygląd, Stage I - section 1, from km 1+040 to km 3+600". 2. The subject of the order referred to in section 1, is the subject of separate proceedings regarding awarding the contract and is awarded as part of the contract entitled "Expansion of district road No. 1627C Unisław - Żygląd". 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order was presented in the design documentation, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 4.Requirements technical specifications regarding the parameters of the works being carried out and the method of their implementation are presented in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, on the basis of which a cost estimate should be prepared offer. 5. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to submit the said evidence in these proceedings. 8. If the Ordering Party used markings of standards, approvals, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, they should be understood as examples. The Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law allows for the use of equivalent solutions in each case.
