EXTENSION OF COVERED COURT ROOFING AT BRGY. DSB PROPER
1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2026 20% MDF / BF intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Pesos (₱ 1, 885, 420.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Extension of Covered Court Roofing at Brgy. DSB Proper. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for Extension of Covered Court Roofing at Brgy. DSB Proper using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the civil works is required 90 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
