Tender Details

1 The subject of the order includes implementation, preparation and migration of data, training of the Ordering Party's employees and technical, service and maintenance support in the scope of Comarch Optima ERP software functionalities specified in the Subject Description orders (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) as part of the process of expanding the Comarch Optima ERP software owned by the Ordering Party with new functionalities.2 As part of the option referred to in Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as Option), the Ordering Party reserves the right to extend it execution of the order in the field of technical support services, under the same conditions, for a maximum period of another 12 months, and this extension may be made multiple times, each time for a period not shorter than 3 months.3 The Ordering Party reserves the right to not exercise the Option in whole or in part.
