Multi-awardee framework works agreement with no minimum and a maximum set at EUR 40, 000, 000 excluding tax. It is executed as purchase orders and subsequent contracts are issued. The framework agreement will be awarded to 3 holders (subject to a sufficient number of offers). The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year starting upon notification. The contract can be renewed 3 times per successive period of one year, i.e. a duration total market of 4 years.
