Description of the provision: The object of the contract is to carry out the works that include the project of extension and reform of the changing rooms of the residence of Avis "La Muntanyeta" of Vendrell (project hereinafter). Therefore, this is a contract of ordinary works of reform and extension of a healthcare healthcare facility located on a field intended for the system of equipment and endowments (Key 4 of the ordinances of the PGOU). The works to be contracted are aimed at materializing the contents of the project, written by the architect Daniel Marcelo, consisting of the extension and reform of the changing rooms of a healthcare facility (residence of the 3rd age) built on a land intended for this type of purpose and uses, with its execution it is intended to reform and expand the changing room and rest area of the workers in order to improve the conditions Labor of the staff attached to the service.
